It's a tradition and it's officially on the
calendar - the Iowa City Brewfest is on Saturday, September 20th from 11am to 5pm. I will be booking my flight back soon, and I can't wait to come back and see everyone. Many of you have told me you were "definitely coming" to the brewfest this year. I'm giving you plenty of advance notice so you can put your money where your mouth is. (and in a couple months put your lager where your mouth is... and your porter, your ale, your cider, your lambic, etc...)

Oh you know I will be there! I am putting on my calender right now. I guess I should start practicing now....
I left out an "it" in the first sentence-this is why I am not a writer/blogger!
Hey, you like George Will? Ask that putz how massive tax cuts will rebuild Iowa City, Davenport, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines and a hundred small towns. These 'tax cut'and 'globalization' twats like George. (Who never had to suck factory fumes for twenty years) are in charge of disseminating economic information right now. Unemployment is at historic lows but they don't count workers whose benefits ran out? Bring a canoe for beer fest, your town has been wiped out by water. I want to pay more taxes and make more money to do it. Free Trade could work if humans could accept a point of too much wealth.
Hey, Brewfest ... I'll be there.
